Shipping rates and timeframes within Australia:
All shipping includes a reference number for tracking.
Standard Shipping - $11.95 AUD- All standard orders are processed (picked, packed and dispatched) within 3 business days from placement of order. For Standard orders please allow between 5-10 business days from notification of shipping dispatch from our warehouse.
Express Shipping - $14.95 - Delivery estimated 1-5 business days once left warehouse (48-hours from first next business day, processing time).

All standard orders are processed (picked, packed and dispatched) within 3 business days from placement of order. Delivery estimated 21-35 business days once left the warehouse (1-3 days processing time).
PLEASE NOTE: We use AUSTRALIA POST, the tracking will not be trackable for a number of days once the package leaves into international countries. Please use the time frame estimates for ETA.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand that purchasing items online don’t always go as planned therefore we will happily provide an exchange or store credit (valid for 12-months) on full priced items, if requested and returned back to us within 21-days of item dispatch date.
The item/s must be in original condition, original packaging and must not have been used, washed or altered in any way for the above to apply. Lilluvie has the right to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition and packaging.
We do not offer refunds due to change of mind.
To organise a return please email us at contactlilluvie@gmail.com and we will respond with instructions. You are liable and responsible to cover all of the shipping costs of any/all returns.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer an exchange or credit on lost parcels. We always recommend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.
If an item is damaged and not in original condition, we are unable to accept these back for exchange or credit.
FAULTY ITEMS
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. Where items fail to be of acceptable quality, we will assess the item accordingly and determine if a store credit or exchange is suitable.
Exchange of items is subject to availability. Lilluvie considers items to be faulty (i.e. not acceptable quality) if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3-months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear are not considered to be faulty.
